The Team

Little Locals was made in the University of Cincinnati’s collaborative studio!

Service Proposition

A service that is sold to farmers markets that sets up booths with activities for kids. The kids play and use an interactive camera to learn about where their food comes from, how food affects their bodies and emotions, and how ingredients make a meal.

Service Outline

The kids will go through multiple activities throughout the experience, they will also utilize an interactive camera to further their learning.

Logo Iterations

After a couple of explorations we decided on the fun kid friendly font “PeachyKeen”. From there, I experimented with different icons within.

Characters

We knew we wanted kid characters to guide the kids through the experience. I went through many iterations of the face to ensure that they appeared friendly and approachable.

Final Characters

Meet Kaylee, Gianna, and Milo! The kid representatives of Little Locals help guide the kids through the journey.

Touchpoint Process, Feedback.

My Touchpoint Summary

To continue the learning at home, kids will receive a take home book with interactive pages and activities pertaining to the the crop of the season.
